I will be avoiding drivers introduced within the last 5 tours, as there is not enough data to say how rare they are. There are many drivers that are rare, so it’s hard choosing between certain ones when they have similar rarity. I’ll also note there will be more than 10 drivers in this list, as some placements will be a group of drivers rather than just one.
